PregScan Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PregScan (the “App”), provided by Appzoho. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Appzoho grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use PregScan for your own informational purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence is limited, revocable, and does not transfer any ownership rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, and intended purposes.
• Provide accurate information where requested.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.
• Take responsibility for decisions you make based on information the App provides.

PregScan is an informational wellness tool, not a medical device. Results are interpretive, may be inaccurate, and never replace a clinical pregnancy test or professional medical advice. Never disregard professional medical guidance because of something you read in PregScan.

The App's results are interpretive and may be inaccurate. They are provided for general informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in the App.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Appzoho does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appzoho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy for PregScan.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
