By downloading, installing, or using Viona (the "App"), published by AppZoho ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Viona is a consumer wellness application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze a user-submitted photograph of a home pregnancy test and return an interpretive result, a confidence score, a plain-language explanation, and general next-step guidance. Viona is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Viona is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including pregnancy. Results shown in the App are AI-generated interpretations of an image and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by factors such as lighting, test brand, timing, or photo quality.
You should always confirm any result — positive, negative, unclear, or invalid — with a licensed healthcare professional or a clinical test. Never delay seeking medical care because of a result shown in Viona. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
4. AI Limitations
Viona's analysis is performed by an artificial intelligence model that processes the image you provide. AI systems, including the one used by Viona, have inherent limitations: they can misread faint lines, be affected by poor image quality, and may produce results that do not reflect your actual physiological state.
The confidence score displayed alongside each result describes the model's certainty about what it detected in your image — it is not a probability or guarantee of pregnancy status. You acknowledge these limitations when using the App.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate onboarding information (name and age)
- Using the App only for its intended informational purpose
- Seeking professional medical advice for any health decisions
- Keeping your device secure, since Viona does not use passwords or accounts
6. Intellectual Property
Viona, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and underlying software, is the property of AppZoho and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Viona only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with its intended function as a wellness and informational tool.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's underlying models or source code
- Submit images that do not depict a pregnancy test or that contain unlawful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or security
- Misrepresent Viona's results as a certified medical diagnosis to any third party
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppZoho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, decisions made, or outcomes arising from reliance on results generated by the App. Your use of Viona, including any reliance on its results, is at your own risk.
11. Privacy
Your use of Viona is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including images submitted for AI analysis.
12. Service Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of Viona at any time, including introducing optional Premium features or advertising in the future. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes within the App.
13. Termination
You may stop using Viona at any time by deleting the App and, if you choose, requesting deletion of your data. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in AppZoho's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
